Dispatch and availability

We hold selected products in UK stock and source other lines to order, including from Visaton. Being available to buy does not mean that a product is physically held in UK stock.

Our dispatch days are Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays. We do not dispatch on Fridays or weekends. Dispatch timing depends on the product, quantity and stock availability.

For items we need to bring in, dispatch timing includes supplier ordering, delivery to us and preparation for onward shipment.

Delivery after dispatch

We normally send smaller orders by Royal Mail and larger orders by FedEx. Dispatch is the date your order leaves us; delivery takes additional time with the carrier.

Delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Options can differ by destination, including Northern Ireland. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us.

Delays

If we become aware that we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.
