Check the fit and electrical load
Compare the cut-out, mounting holes, overall depth and nominal impedance. The advertised speaker diameter alone does not establish a match.
Check the acoustic design
The enclosure, crossover and intended use matter as well as size. A driver that fits may sound different or need changes to the system.
